Pumpkin Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • Pumpkin
  • Sesame Oil
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Parsley
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Baby Spinach
  • Greens
  • Tomatoes
  • Sea Salt
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar

METHOD

  1. Clean pumpkin and cut in cubes of 2 cm.
  2. Heat the wok with mixture of sesame and any cooking oil, put a pinch of cumin seeds, then pumpkin.
  3. Stir fry until al dente, mix with blend of parsley and coriander leaves, baby spinach and any other greens, tomatoes and salt, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar if you wish. Ready! Eat immediately.
