Laila Hida | Photographer & Founder
Born in 1983, Laila Hida lives in Marrakech where she has been a freelance photographer since 2012. She is the founder of 18, Derb el Ferrane, an alternative culture and arts space in the medina.
Her latest works focus mainly on portraits and staged photography depicting different situations, imaginary, both absurd and surrealistic. Her next exhibition ‘India Project 91’ with fellow Alia Ali will launch 2nd May in Marrakech featuring photographs from India.
