In the fourteenth episode of ‘Meet the Designers!’ hosted by Seda Domaniç we meet glass artist Felekşan Onar, of glass design studio Fy-Shan.
Fy-shan is an Istanbul-based studio that designs and produces limited-edition functional glass art, objects and lighting. Founded by glass artist Feleksan Onar, the studio’s contemporary creations are informed by a wide range of inspirations, including Onar’s artistic projects around the world.
Each piece reflects Onar’s extensive expertise in the glassmaking techniques of blowing, casting and fusing. The studio employs exquisite craftsmanship to produce timeless pieces destined to become future heirlooms. Fy-Shan Glass Studio collaborates internationally with select design brands, architects, interior designers and design galleries to create special collections and commissions.
