  • What is your favorite food that makes you feel good?

It is so hard to answer. It always changes. Because whatever I’m craving at that time, that is, whatever my body is telling me to eat, actually I want it the most and it becomes my favorite food.

  • What does it mean to you to be a woman working in the field of gastronomy?

I would not consider working in any other field. For me, being a woman is not particularly difficult or special. When a person loves a job passionately, woman or men, it does not matter. The power to do whatever you want is already within you.

  • What is your favorite destination to visit? Why?

Probably London. Because I have a history with London, which makes it a place where I feel different. Also, in London, you can eat the most amazing examples of the world’s various cuisines. I guess that is why I like London the most. But on the other hand, for example, if the sun is out on a beautiful spring day, I love to eat fish by the sea and drink early raki in a coastal town. Actually, I usually let the moment guide me.
