In the footsteps of daring Milanese designer Gabriella Crespi, this year’s new store design, by @74studio is an ode to one of nature’s most humble materials - bamboo! Crespi’s great ambition, she once said, was to ‘build a house of the sun’, and in the designer’s honor, we have created our very own house of the sun..

“My creations are meant to bring mankind closer to the universe”, maintained Gabriella Crespi (1922-2017).

Milanese designer Gabriella Crespi’s “aesthetic was characterized by dualities, pairing modernist functionality with an eye for the baroque, and shifting between clean lines and sensuous curves.”

Her great ambition, she once said, was to create ‘a house of the sun’ – an environment that radiated warmth, light and sophistication.
