What are the must tries of the city? Rafting or Canopy over the Mendoza River, meet with artisanal viticulture, Sky and lot of sun. Cruz de Piedra, is where the Viticulture was born in Mendoza and where are more than 600 wineries in a small ratio.

What did you most like about the trip? Mendoza is the place to visit with your couple, with family or friends. Also, the nights are pretty dynamic in Mendoza.

Would you go back? Always.

Could you share an unforgettable memory about the trip? Yes, when I met the value of the genetics of grapes. The wine plant has many similarities with the humanhood, its evolution, while growing, change, improve, mature and express at all while giving more life and having more years alive. It is a very crazy plant; their expressions, states during the year, the necessity of diet of water to express his qualities.

The wine plant is like Life. It is annual party of “Pachamama”*

Favorite restaurant(s) or food you have tried during your trip? There are many. Most restaurants prepare homemade food like made by mom. From “Francis Mallman” to have a sandwich of Serrano Jam on the street. Mendoza has such great gastronomy. My favorites also are in Chacras de Coria, to eat BBQ, Puchero, and pastas, all accompany with good wine.

Any hidden secrets you could whisper to us? Aristides Street with the restaurants and street is the night place to go. There is a Metro Tranway that takes you to make the Wine Road. Also in the evening-night is the best hour in Mendoza to see the sunset over the Cordillera, trying wines.

Any tip that might be useful before going there?

Going to non-famous Wineries.

Go to see the Aconcagua.

Drinking good wines: life is short.

Pachamama is a goddess revered by the indigenous people of the Andes. She is also known as the earth/time mother. In Inca mythology, Pachamama is a fertility goddess who presides over planting and harvesting, embodies the mountains, and causes earthquakes.
