Zabola Estate in Transylvania.
The hotel has been owned by the Zabola family for more than 500 years.
The family still lives inside the estate. During the communist era of Romania, the family lost the estate and they just recently got it back. Since then, they’ve been managing it as a hotel. There are different activities that you can engage in during your stays, such as hiking, horse riding, bear watching, and biking.
