INGREDIENTS
- 600g Cream cheese
- 1 tin Condensed milk
- 1 Banana
- Biscuits such as – Digestive, Hob Nob, Gingernuts
- 300ml Double cream
- 50g Icing sugar
METHOD
- Take the condensed milk and place into a deep pan and cover with water (do not open the tin)
- Bring to the boil and then turn the heat down to a simmer, allow to cook for 4 hours topping up with water when needed then allow to cool
- Whisk the cream cheese till soft then add the condensed milk and set aside
- Whisk the double cream with the icing sugar till it starts to thicken and form peaks
- Pipe the cheesecake mix into a bowl and layer with the whipped double cream and sliced banana
- Finish with crushed biscuits of your choice
