Banoffee Pie Cheesecake


  • 600g Cream cheese
  • 1 tin Condensed milk
  • 1 Banana
  • Biscuits such as – Digestive, Hob Nob, Gingernuts
  • 300ml Double cream
  • 50g Icing sugar


  1. Take the condensed milk and place into a deep pan and cover with water (do not open the tin)
  2. Bring to the boil and then turn the heat down to a simmer, allow to cook for 4 hours topping up with water when needed then allow to cool
  3. Whisk the cream cheese till soft then add the condensed milk and set aside
  4. Whisk the double cream with the icing sugar till it starts to thicken and form peaks
  5. Pipe the cheesecake mix into a bowl and layer with the whipped double cream and sliced banana
  6. Finish with crushed biscuits of your choice
