INGREDIENTS
- 400g Old bread
- 100g Sausage meat
- 1 Onion
- 1 egg
- 1 clove Garlic
- ½ bunch Sage
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Blue cheese
- Gravy
METHOD
- Dice the onion and garlic and sweat in a little oil on a medium heat until soft then allow to cool
- Cut the bread into cubes and mix with sausage meat, cooled onion mix, sage, egg and season
- Once mixed thoroughly together form into small pucks about 50g each then pane with flour, egg and breadcrumbs
- Fry till golden brown then serve with grated blue cheese and gravy
