- Radicchio
- Rye Sourdough
- Oil
- Water
- Buddha’s hand
- Lemon
- Salt
METHOD
- Chop radicchio in four parts, keeping each part linked to the core of it.
- Pass it over rye bread starter fed the day before (if necessary add a little bit of water).
- Deep fry it. Add some buddha’s hand lemon skin and salt.
