Fried Stuffing with Blue Cheese and Gravy


  • 400g Old bread
  • 100g Sausage meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ½ bunch Sage
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Blue cheese
  • Gravy


  1. Dice the onion and garlic and sweat in a little oil on a medium heat until soft then allow to cool
  2. Cut the bread into cubes and mix with sausage meat, cooled onion mix, sage, egg and season
  3. Once mixed thoroughly together form into small pucks about 50g each then pane with flour, egg and breadcrumbs
  4. Fry till golden brown then serve with grated blue cheese and gravy
