London has always understood the power of atmosphere; rooms that hold history, conversation, and a certain sense of occasion. At Mount St. Restaurant, that tradition is both preserved and reinterpreted. Set above Mount Street in Mayfair, the space unfolds as a richly layered dining room where bold colors, historic references, and museum-quality artworks coexist.

Created and owned by Artfarm; the hospitality arm of Hauser & Wirth, the restaurant brings together British culinary heritage with an immersive visual identity. From works by leading contemporary artists to carefully restored architectural details, it is not simply a place to dine, but a space to inhabit; where food, art, and design move together in quiet dialogue.

Under the direction of Executive Chef Jamie Shears, the menu offers a refined yet grounded take on British cuisine; shaped by seasonality, classical technique, and a subtle sense of indulgence.

Long lunches beneath bold artworks; classic British dishes reinterpreted with precision; cocktails at the bar; slow evenings shaped by conversation, light, and the rhythm of the room.

The lobster pie, already something of a signature; hand-cut steak tartare; native oysters; whole Dover sole finished simply with brown butter; and a roast chicken designed for the table. Desserts lean nostalgic; think soft serve with a polished twist, balancing comfort with precision.

In a city celebrated for preservation, Venice Venice dares to do something different. Set within the 13th-century Ca’ da Mosto palace overlooking the Grand Canal, the hotel reimagines Venetian heritage through a bold contemporary lens. Weathered plaster walls remain intentionally unfinished, Renaissance proportions frame sculptural furniture, and modern artworks sit where noble families once gathered. Created by the Romanelli family; long-time custodians of Venetian culture; the project blends hotel, gallery, and social space into one living palazzo. The result feels less like a traditional stay and more like stepping into the evolving story of Venice itself, where history is not only preserved, but rewritten.
