Episode #8 with João Grinspum Ferraz

On this episode of ‘74Escape x Breaking Bread with Vera Loulou, Vera interviews João Grinspum Ferraz, a historian and political scientist, who curated the “Museu do Pão” (Bread Museum) in addition to several curatorial works for art exhibitions. He also created and directed the documentary “A Terra eo Prato” (Behind the Plate) and established a home/closed door restaurant Casa do Carbonara. They talk about João’s family’s impact on his culinary journey, travelling, his favorite chefs and artists, his inspirations, effects of COVID-19, and everything in between.
