Manolis Stithos is a Pastry Chef from Greece. Born in Athens with origins from Zakinthos and Chios. Manolis studied pastry and bakery at the State School of Tourism Education in Anavissos.
His first internship was at the “Stanley Hotel” in Athens, followed by “Intercontinental Hotel” where he worked for 1 year in total as pastry Chef at “Premiere” restaurant. From 2012 until now he is the Executive Pastry & Bakery Chef at 2 Michelin star “Funky Gourmet” Restaurant.
For the past 3 years Manolis has been presenting his own seminars, workshops and masterclasses at some of the top culinary schools in Greece.
The past 1 year, as Funky Gourmet is closed due to relocation, Manolis Stithos alongside with various cooking events he participates with the restaurant, he is working with the famous top Greek Pastry Chef Stelios Parliaros at his pastry shop “Sweet Alchemy” in Athens.
