Edward Delling Williams discovered his natural talent and love of cooking when he began working in his local village pub near Bristol. After, Edwardspent time traveling and went on to develop and perfect his skills as a chefin the renowned kitchens of St John, London. After four years, Edward made the move across the channel to Paris where he continued to make a name for himself as head chef at Au Passage. With a wealth of knowledge and joint vision, Edward and his partners launched Le Grand Bain in 2017in Belleville. In May 2018 They went on to open their bakery Le Petit Grain.
